In 1999 Lunardi sold the car to local hotelier Gordon Henderson of Laichmoray Hotel. In April 1989 the car was taken down to Martin Robey where following an inspection an invoice of £3, 181 lies on file for parts and the work was carried out by local bodyshop, Milton Brothers. Whilst Philips had maintained the car, Lunardi was keen to start a long term restoration using the local garage Sherriffmill Motor Company which still thrives today as one of the leading garages of Northern Scotland. He sold the car in 1983 to Peter Lunardi from Elgin.
